Context

Klaring’s risk team reviews payments that look suspicious before the money moves. The old queue sent analysts through six tabs to decide on a single payment.

My role

I designed the new queue with the analysts, sitting next to them during their shifts.

Solution

Everything needed for a decision now sits on one screen, and the three most common outcomes have keyboard shortcuts. Every decision is logged with a short note, so a payment put on hold carries its history to the next analyst. We shipped it in stages so the team never had to switch tools in the middle of a week.

This is an internal tool, and most of it is under NDA. The screens below are a selection, and the data is fictional. I can walk you through the rest in an interview.
